In the south “Sudret” of the island of Gotland in the Baltic Sea between Sweden and Findland/Russia, we all meet during the summers, somewhat like The Hamptons…..Lots of fun dinners and parties, so this summers addition is Annelies Skafferi in Hemse village, french cheeses and chocolates from all over the world, italian salamis and proscitto, but also in between Burgsvik village and Vamlingbo village there is the totally newly opened Madame Charlotte, Charlotte lived in Paris where she ran a traiteur company, Charlotte makes cakes, cookies, and dried local herbs, she also has some nice homewear gifts and fois gras…..Happy Valborg to all you swedes all over the world!
